Fresh aromatic herbs from our herb farm
What a fabulous scent
As a trained herbalist, hostess Martina is of course very keen on having her own large herb garden. She planted it with lots of love. We make tea, herbal salt and herbal pillows from most herbs or use them to refine our daily dishes. We are always happy when our guests show interest and will give them tips and information about our herbs and their uses. Talk to us and you are welcome to harvest some aromatic herbs for cooking, grilling, and refining your dishes. On request, you may also receive freshly harvested seasonal fruit and vegetables.
